| Working experience and occupation | Tuan PMgr. Sr. Haji Che Had Bin Dhali was appointed Chairman of Bina Darulaman Berhad (BDB) on 1 February 2022, later serving as Executive Chairman from 14 April 2022 to 15 October 2022, and subsequently as Non-Independent, Non-Executive Chairman. He has over 35 years of experience in valuation and property consultancy, beginning his career with major firms such as Jones Lang Wootton, Arthur Lim Valuers, Henry Butcher, and Lim & Long before joining JB Jurunilai Bersekutu Sdn. Bhd., where he served as Executive Director. In 2008, he joined the Kedah State Government as Special Officer and Economic/GLC Advisor to the former Chief Minister, also serving on several state GLC boards. He played a key role in promoting Kedah's products and services internationally. In October 2024, he was appointed as a Director of SG4 Group Sdn. Bhd., and was also a committee member of Cluster 2: Trade, Investment, and Industry (SG4). He specializes in corporate valuation, feasibility studies, and large-scale development consultancy, and is certified as an International Certified Valuation Specialist (IACVS). He is also a Registered Valuer, Property Manager, and Estate Agent, currently serving as Group Executive Director of IM Global Property Consultants. |
