MPI wishes to inform that the Proposed Acquisition has been completed today. Upon completion, Infineon Technologies (Thailand) Limited (“IFTH”) became a wholly-owned subsidiary of MPI.
The Proposed Acquisition was completed for a Closing Purchase Price of USD76,938,000 (equivalent to RM302.98 million). The Purchase Price for the Sale Shares is subject to further post-completion adjustment if required, pursuant to the terms of the SPA.
MPI wishes to further inform that IFTH has changed its name to Carsem Semiconductor (Bangkok) Ltd.
