With reference to the above, AmBank is pleased to announce the proposed issue by AmBank of up to 80,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over ordinary shares of ARMADA, to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

ARMADA-C1N is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 31 October 2025 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The ARMADA-C1N is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 12 November 2025 and the Term Sheet for the ARMADA-C1N dated 04 February 2026.

A summary of the principal terms of the ARMADA-C1N is set out in Table 1.
