Reference is made to the first announcement in relation to PN17 of the Listing Requirements made on 18 April 2025 (“First Announcement”), subsequent monthly announcements made on 2 May 2025, 3 June 2025, 1 July 2025, 1 August 2025, 2 September 2025, 1 October 2025, 3 November 2025, 1 December 2025 and 2 January 2026 (“the Monthly Announcements”) and announcements made on 26 September 2025 and 7 November 2025 in relation to PN17 and announcements in relation to Proposed Scheme of Arrangement and Restraining Order made on 5 December 2025, 10 December 2025, 26 December 2025 and 21 January 2026 (“previous announcements”).  Unless otherwise defined, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the previous announcements.

As announced on 21 January 2026, the case, which came up for the hearing on 20 January 2026 had been adjourned for hearing of intervention applications fixed on 22 April 2026.

The Company is in the process of formulating a plan to regularise its financial position (“Regularisation Plan”). The Company has approximately two (2) months to submit its Regularisation Plan to the relevant authorities for approval.

The Company will make the necessary announcement(s) on the Regularisation Plan in accordance with the requirements under the PN17 of the Listing Requirements.
