Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 12 December 2025, 15 December 2025, 19 December 2025, 2 January 2026, 12 January 2026 and 20 January 2026 in relation to the Offer. Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.

The Board wishes to announce that the Company has on 3 February 2026 received a press notice from AmInvestment Bank, on behalf of the Offeror and the Ultimate Offeror, informing that the Offer has closed at 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian Time) on Tuesday, 3 February 2026 ("Closing Date"). In accordance with paragraph 13.01 of the Rules, the details of the level of acceptance of the Offer as at the Closing Date is set out in the attached press notice.
