The Board of Directors of Reservoir Link Energy Bhd (“RLEB” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company has on 31 January 2026, entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Sabah Energy Corporation Sdn Bhd (“SEC”) and Propel Global Berhad (“PGB”).

SEC, RLEB and PGB shall hereinafter be referred to collectively as “the Parties” and individually as “the Party”, where the context so requires.
