Reference is made to the announcement by Duopharma Biotech Berhad (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “Duopharma Biotech”) on 22 December 2025 and all the announcements before that in relation to the above matter (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Previous Announcements"). For consistency purposes, the abbreviations used in this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Previous Announcements unless otherwise defined herein.

Duopharma Biotech wishes to inform that the High Court has postponed the Case Management which has been fixed today to 5 February 2026.

The Company will announce further developments on the above matter as and when necessary.
