​The Board of Directors of UMediC Group Berhad (“Board”) wishes to announce that UWHM Sdn Bhd (“UWHM” or “Lessee”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of UMC, had on 30th January 2026 entered into a conditional Lease Agreement (“Agreement”) with the Penang Development Corporation (“PDC” or “Lessor”) for the proposed lease of all that piece of land measuring approximately 3.06 acres known as Plot 5, located at Batu Kawan Industrial Park 3, Mukim 14, Daerah Seberang Perai Selatan, Pulau Pinang (“Land”) over a term of sixty (60) years for a total consideration of RM12,236,352.49 (comprising the lease consideration of RM11,329,956.00 and 8% sales and service tax (“SST”) of RM906,396.49) to be satisfied entirely by cash (“Lease Consideration”) (“Proposed Lease”).
