We refer to the announcements dated 2 January 2026, 16 January 2026 and 20 January 2026 in relation to the Private Placement. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Board has resolved to fix the issue price for the Private Placement at RM0.55 per Placement Share.
The issue price of RM0.55 per Placement Share represents a discount of RM0.06111 or 9.99% to the 5-day VWAP of GOHUB Shares up to and including 28 January 2026, being the market day immediately preceding the price-fixing date, of RM0.6111 per GOHUB Share.
