OFFERING OF UP TO 20,000,000 EUROPEAN-STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF 99 SPEED MART RETAIL HOLDINGS BERHAD ("99SMART") ("99SMART-C30")

We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 20,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of 99SMART by way of market making.


The 99SMART-C30 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.


The 99SMART-C30 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 12 September 2025. The 99SMART-C30 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2025. The obligations of MCSM under 99SMART-C30 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 12 September 2025.
