We refer to our earlier announcements made on 29 August 2023 (Ref No. GA1-29082023-00095), 24 January 2024 (Ref No. GA1-24012024-00044) 26 January 2024 (Ref No. GA1-26012024-00013), 23 May 2024 (Ref No. GA1-23052024-00036), 3 January 2025 (Ref No. GA1-03012025-00024), 20 January 2025 (GA1-20012025-00043), 3 February 2025 (GA1-03022025-00042) and 25 March 2025 (GA1-25032025-00058) in relation to Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim dated 23 August 2023 filed at the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur (WA-22NCvC-470-08/2023) (“the Suit”). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcements.

The Board of Directors of TVHB wish to announce that, on 28 January 2026, pursuant to a court-assisted mediation, the litigation has been amicably resolved.

The parties have reached a settlement of the Suit which has been recorded by way of a Consent Judgment for a total settlement sum RM1,365,000.00, being the equivalent of USD350,000.00 at an exchange rate of USD1.00 : RM3.90.
