Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as previously defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the same.

Further to the Company’s last announcements made on 29 October 2025 and 26 November 2025 in relation to the updates on the status of the memorandums of understanding (“MOUs”), the Board of Directors of DXNH wishes to announce the latest status of the following MOUs: - 

1. MOU dated 30 July 2023 entered into between the Company and Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman and Hospital Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman and Yayasan Prihatin Nasional

- There has been no material development on the status of this MOU since the last announcement made on 29 October 2025.

2. MOU dated 8 October 2023 entered into between the Company and UOC Sdn. Bhd.

- There has been no material development on the status of this MOU since the last announcement made on 29 October 2025.

3. MOU dated 27 May 2024 entered into between Dexin Morocco SA with the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Investment, Convergence and Evaluation of Public Policies

- There has been no material development on the status of this MOU since the last announcement made on 26 November 2025.

4. MOU dated 15 July 2025 entered into between the Company and Invest Kedah Berhad

- There has been no material development on the status of this MOU since the last announcement made on 29 October 2025.

Additionally, further to the Company’s announcements made on 5 December 2025 and 23 January 2026, the Board of Directors of DXNH wishes to update on the latest status of the recently entered MOUs: -

1. MOU dated 1 December 2025 entered into between the Company and the Municipality of Ibiá, Brazil

- There has been no material development on the status of this MOU since the last announcement made on 5 December 2025.

2. MOU dated 21 January 2026 entered into between the Company and the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (“Apex-Brasil”)

- There has been no material development on the status of this MOU since the last announcement made on 23 January 2026.

Further announcement on the status of all the MOUs will be made in due course in accordance with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
