On behalf of the Board, M & A Securities is pleased to announce that the Company has fixed the issue price of the Placement Shares at RM0.1000 per Placement Share to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement.
The aforementioned issue price represents a discount of RM0.0064 or 6.02% from the 5D-VWAMP of NICE from 21 January 2026 to 27 January 2026 of approximately RM0.1064 per Placement Share.
