Reference is made to the announcement relating to the Proposed Acquisition of the Property dated 4 September 2025.

The Board of Directors of Axis REIT Managers Berhad, the Manager of Axis-REIT, wishes to announce that the Trustee has, on behalf of Axis-REIT, completed the Proposed Acquisition of the Property located within Kawasan Industri Bandar Sultan Suleiman, Selangor from Barry Callebaut Malaysia Sdn. Bhd..

The acquisition of the Property has been completed today in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SPA dated 4 September 2025.
