SBH refers to the fifteen (15) amended announcements made on 27 January 2026 and wishes to inform that the Company has received revised forms/notifications from Mr. Tan Boo Nam, the Group Managing Director, in relation to his dealings in the securities of the Company.

The revisions clarify that there were typographical errors in the total number of shares acquired by Mr. Tan Boo Nam on 12 December 2025. It should be 80,000 ordinary shares instead of 10,000 ordinary shares as announced on 15 December 2025. Consequently, the corresponding Direct Interest, its percentage (%) and the total number of securities after change have been updated.

Following this correction, twelve (12)  amended announcements were issued to rectify the announcements made on 19 December 2025, 2 January 2026, 7 January 2026, 15 January 2026, 19 January 2026 and 21 January 2026, specifically to update the Direct Interest, the related percentage (%) and the total number of securities after change in each respective form.
