We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by KIBB of up to 35,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over the ordinary shares of ZETRIX.

The ZETRIX-CAX is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 20 May 2025 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The ZETRIX-CAX is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 27 May 2025, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 6 October 2025 and the Term Sheet dated 27 January 2026.

The ZETRIX-CAX will be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Malaysia Securities Berhad and issued by KIBB under the Base Prospectus dated 27 May 2025 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 6 October 2025.
