The Board of Directors of MSB Global Group Berhad ("MSB Global” or the “Company") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, MSB Machinery Corporation (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“MSB Machinery”) had on 26 January 2026 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Zheijiang GSP&DC Energy Technology Co.,Ltd. (“Zhejiang GSP&DC”) to establish a strategic cooperative relationship to jointly explore and develop the energy storage market in Malaysia.
