The Board of Directors of WHB wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval for the following proposals at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be convened:
1. Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature; and 2. Proposed New Authority for the Company to purchase its own Ordinary Shares.
A circular/statement to shareholders containing details of the above proposals will be issued to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
