The Board of Directors of Lambo Group Berhad (“LAMBO” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek for the shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature ("Proposed Shareholders' Mandate") at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened. 

A Circular to Shareholders containing the details of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be issued to the shareholders in due course.
