Reference is made to SSBB’s announcement dated 22 December 2025 (“Announcement”) and the offer document dated 12 January 2026 in relation to the Offer (“Offer Document”). Unless otherwise defined, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement and Offer Document.

On behalf of the Offeror, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that as at 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Friday, 23 January 2026, the Offeror has received valid acceptances in respect of the Offer Shares which resulted in the Offeror and its PACs holding not less than 90% of the total issued shares in NPS Berhad.

As such, the Offeror will procure NPS Berhad to take the requisite steps to withdraw its listing status from the Official List of Bursa Securities in accordance with Rule 8.07 and Rule 8.08 of the Listing Requirements.

In accordance with paragraph 13.01 of the Rules, the level of acceptances of the Offer as at 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Friday, 23 January 2026 is set out in the attached press release.

Notwithstanding the above, as disclosed in the Offer Document dated 12 January 2026, the Offer will remain open for acceptances until 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Wednesday, 4 February 2026.
