Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 16 June 2025 in relation to the resignation of Abacus Malaysia PLT (Formerly known as Chengco PLT) as the Auditors of Equitiestracker. 

The Board of Directors of Equitiestracker wishes to announce that PKF PLT (AF0911), having consented to act as the Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016, is appointed as the Auditors of the Company with effect from 22 January 2026 and will hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
