Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 16 June 2025 in relation to the resignation of ChengCo PLT as the Auditors of the Company.
The Board of Directors of Seers wishes to announce that PCCO PLT (AF 1056), having consented to act as the Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016, is appointed as the Auditors of the Company with effect from 22 January 2026 and will hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
