The Board of Directors of DXN is pleased to announce that the Company has, on 21 January 2026, entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Apex-Brasil to establish a framework for discussions and exploratory cooperation in Brazil covering investment facilitation, agriculture-related production, and market access initiatives, with DXN expressing a preliminary indicative interest of up to approximately USD50 million in potential investments, subject to, among others, feasibility assessments, prevailing market conditions and internal corporate approvals.
