We refer to the announcements dated 10 July 2025, 11 July 2025, 15 July 2025, 18 July 2025, 28 July 2025, 4 August 2025, 17 October 2025, 23 October 2025, 31 December 2025 and 6 January 2026 in relation to the Private Placement. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Board has resolved to fix the issue price for the 3rd tranche of the Private Placement at RM0.063 per Placement Share.
The issue price of RM0.063 per Placement Share represents a discount of RM0.0068 or 9.74% to the 5-day VWAP of PGB Shares up to and including 21 January 2026, being the market day immediately preceding the price-fixing date, of RM0.0698 per PGB Share.
