Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus issued by Hock Soon Capital Berhad dated 22 January 2026.

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 22 January 2026 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 30 January 2026.

In the event there are any changes to the timetable, we will advertise the notice of changes in a widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspaper in Malaysia and make an announcement on Bursa Securities' website.
