The Board of Directors of the Company had approved the change of financial year end of the Company from 31 December 2025 to 30 June 2026. Following the change of financial year end, the next set of audited financial statements shall be made up for a period of 18 months from 1 January 2025 to 30 June 2026. The proposed change is intended to improve operational efficiency, avoid the December peak period, and better align the reporting cycle with the Company's operational requirements.
