Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that 33,750,000 options were offered on 16 January 2026  pursuant to the Employees Share Option Scheme (“ESOS”), which is part of the Long-Term Incentive Plan at an option price of RM0.3145 to eligible employees of the Company and its subsidiaries that are not dormant. The details of the ESOS options offer are as follows:
