We refer to the announcement on 17 October 2025 in relation to the Proposed Land Acquisition (“Initial Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as set out in the Initial Announcement.
Eco World Development Group Berhad wishes to announce that parties have mutually agreed to terminate the SPA in view of the expiry of the Conditional Period.
The termination of the SPA is not expected to have any material impact on the financial position of the Group for the financial year ending 31 October 2026.
