| Outcome of Meeting | The Board of Directors of Sarawak Consolidated Industries Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the Resolutions set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") dated 26 November 2025 were duly passed by way of poll at the EGM of the Company held on today, 15 January 2026.
The results of the poll were validated by CSC Securities Services Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. The details of the poll results are set out below.
