The Board of Directors of Poh Huat Resources Holdings Berhad ("Poh Huat" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking the approval of shareholders for the proposed purchase by the Company of its own shares at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.

A Statement to Shareholders containing information of the above proposal will be despatched to the shareholders in due course.
