We wish to announce that Boustead Heavy Industries Corporation Berhad (“BHIC” or the "Company”), on 14 January 2026 entered into a Non - Binding Collaboration Agreement (the "Agreement") with Defense Conseil International (“DCI”). 

The Agreement sets out a framework for exploration of potential sustainable collaboration in relation to spare parts and component support for rotary-wing platforms, technical and manpower support, and other related support activities in Malaysia, subject to applicable laws and the execution of separate definitive agreements where required (“Proposed Transaction”).
