Reference is made to the above matter and our announcement on 21 October 2025.
The Board of the Company wishes to announce that further to the Notice of Discontinuance dated 6 January 2026 by Messrs Ikbal Salam & Associates, solicitors for KEJORA, and the subsequent filing of the said Notice in Court on 12 January 2026, both parties hereby treat the matter as fully resolved.
In furtherance thereto, the withdrawal of the suit is made without liberty to file afresh.
