The Board of Directors of Selangor Dredging Berhad wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, SDB Subang Development Sdn. Bhd. has entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Hectare Square Sdn. Bhd. on 13 January 2026 to acquire a freehold commercial land  for a purchase price of Ringgit Malaysia Sixty Three Million (RM63,000,000.00) only.
