We refer to the previous announcements and the circular to shareholders dated 7 November 2025 in relation to the DRP (“Circular”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Circular shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Hexza had issued and allotted 5,225,521 Dividend Reinvestment Shares on 9 January 2026 pursuant to the First DRP. The Dividend Reinvestment Shares were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 12 January 2026, thus marking the completion of the First DRP.
The total enlarged issued share capital of Hexza would comprise 205,605,557 Shares pursuant to the listing of the Dividend Reinvestment Shares.
