Reference is made to our announcements dated 6 December 2024, 11 September 2025 and 29 October 2025. Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms used herein shall have the same meanings as ascribed in the SPA. The Board of CCB wishes to announce that the Balance Purchase Price is duly paid in full in accordance with the terms of the SPA as follows: - (a) the Post-Completion Works Retention Sum was paid to the Vendor's Solicitors as stakeholders on 22 December, 2025 pursuant to the Addendum dated 16 December, 2025; and (b) the First BPP Payment was paid on 12 January, 2026 to the Vendor's Solicitors, hence, the Completion Date as defined in the SPA is 12 January, 2026. This announcement is dated 12 January, 2026. |
