Unless otherwise stated, all terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus of One Gasmaster Holdings Berhad dated 12 January 2026.

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 12 January 2026 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 16 January 2026. 

If there are any changes to the dates stated above, One Gasmaster Holdings Berhad will advertise a notice of the changes in a widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspapers in Malaysia and make an announcement on Bursa Securities' website.
