On behalf of the Company, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Board, (save for the Interested Directors, namely Datuk Amran Hafiz Bin Affifudin, Mohd. Asrul Bin Ab. Rahim and Nurul Iman Binti Mohd Zaman), has deliberated on the contents of the Proposal Letter and has resolved to table the Proposed SCR to the shareholders of UEM Edgenta for their consideration.
