Reference is made to Company’s announcement on 2 December 2025 regarding the suspension of the trading in the securities of Malpac Holdings Berhad ("MALPAC") with effect from 9 December 2025.

The Board of MALPAC wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd (Bursa Securities) had on 8 January 2026 made a public announcement that MALPAC’s application for extension of time to submit its regularization plan pursuant to paragraph 8.03A of Bursa Securities Main Market Listing Requirements has been dismissed.  The securities of MALPAC shall be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities on Tuesday 13 January 2026.
