OFFER AND GRANT OF ADDITIONAL ESOS OPTIONS UNDER THE EMPLOYEES' SHARE OPTION SCHEME ("ESOS 2.0 OPTION")

The ESOS which was implemented by the Company on 23 May 2025 and 89,340,000 ESOS Options offered to the eligible directors/employees of TTB and its subsidiaries on 1 August 2025 refers.

 

Pursuant to Rule 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of TTB wishes to announce that TTB had on 7 January 2026 offered the following additional ESOS 2.0 Option to the eligible directors/employees of TTB and its subsidiaries in accordance with the By-Laws of the ESOS.

 

The details of the offer of ESOS 2.0 Option are as follows:
