We refer to the previous announcements and the circular to shareholders dated 7 November 2025 in relation to the DRP (“Circular”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Circular shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH is pleased to announce that based on the receipt of the valid dividend reinvestment forms by the Share Registrar, Hexza will issue 5,225,521 Dividend Reinvestment Shares pursuant to the First DRP.
The Dividend Reinvestment Shares to be issued represent approximately 39.39% of the total number of Dividend Reinvestment Shares that Hexza would have issued had all the entitled shareholders of Hexza elected to fully reinvest the electable portion of their 2025 Final Dividend into Dividend Reinvestment Shares.
Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the Dividend Reinvestment Shares will be listed on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 12 January 2026. Upon the listing of and quotation of the Dividend Reinvestment Shares, the total enlarged issued share capital of Hexza would comprise of 205,605,557 Shares.
