On behalf of the Board of Directors of CRG, TA Securities Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had, vide its letter dated 6 January 2026, resolved to approve the Proposed Share Consolidation.
The approval by Bursa Securities for the Proposed Share Consolidation is subject to the following conditions:
(i) CRG is required to furnish Bursa Securities with a certified true copy of the resolution passed by shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting for the Proposed Share Consolidation; and
(ii) CRG or TA Securities is required to make the relevant announcements pursuant to Rule 13.20(2) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
