We refer to the announcements dated 12 February 2025, 14 February 2025, 25 July 2025, 13 August 2025 and 30 December 2025 in relation to, among others, the Rights Issue with Warrants ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 6 January 2026, resolved to approve the EOT Application (i.e. from 25 January 2026 to 24 July 2026) for Revenue to implement and complete the Rights Issue with Warrants.
