The Board of Directors of MSB Global Group Berhad ("MSB Global” or the “Company") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, MSB Machinery Corporation (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“MSB Machinery”) had on 5 January 2026 entered into Joint Venture Agreement (“JVA”) with Thai Sin Anant Rubber Factory (2516) Co., Ltd.  (“TSAR”) to set up a joint venture company to be incorporated in later date (the "JV Company") for the benefit of both parties in respect of the collaboration to serve as the sole distributor of the automotive parts under the trademark ‘Gold Series’ (the “Products”) in Thailand, as agreed upon by the both parties subject to the terms and conditions as stipulated in the JVA.

(MSB Machinery and TSAR are collectively referred to as the “Parties”, and individually as the “Party”.)
