Reference is made to the first announcement in relation to PN17 of the Listing Requirements made on 18 April 2025 (“First Announcement”), subsequent monthly announcements made on 2 May 2025, 3 June 2025, 1 July 2025, 1 August 2025, 2 September 2025, 1 October 2025, 3 November 2025 and 1 December 2025 (“the Monthly Announcements”) and announcements made on 26 September 2025 and 7 November 2025 in relation to PN17 and announcements in relation to Proposed Scheme of Arrangement and Restraining Order made on 5 December 2025, 10 December 2025 and 26 December 2025 (“previous announcements”).  Unless otherwise defined, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the previous announcements.

As announced on 10 December 2025, the Company had filed a fresh application for an order by the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur for a compromise or arrangement with the Company’s creditors for the purpose of formulating and proposing a scheme of arrangement for the Company’s creditors’ consideration  and for a restraining order over the Company pursuant to Section 366, 368, 369 and other relevant provisions of the Act.

The Company had been notified by its solicitors on 26 December 2025 that the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur has fixed the hearing of the Restraining Order Application on 20 January 2026.

The Company is in the process of formulating a plan to regularise its financial position (“Regularisation Plan”). The Company has approximately three (3) months to submit its Regularisation Plan to the relevant authorities for approval. In accordance with Paragraph 4.1(b) of PN17 of the Listing Requirements, the Board at this stage cannot determine if the regularisation plan will result in a significant change in business direction or policy of the Company.

The Company will make the necessary announcement(s) on the Regularisation Plan in accordance with the requirements under the PN17 of the Listing Requirements.
