We refer to the Company’s announcements in relation to default in payment to AIB pursuant to Paragraph 9.19A of the Listing Requirements dated 6 June 2025,1 July 2025, 1 August 2025, 2 September 2025, 1 October 2025, 3 November 2025 and 1 December 2025 (“the announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there is no material development on the status of default in payment as at the date of this announcement.

The Company will make the necessary announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are further developments in relation thereof.
