On behalf of the Board of Directors of GOHUB, UOB Kay Hian (M) Sdn Bhd (formerly known as UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd) wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the Proposed Private Placement of up to 40,000,000 new ordinary shares in GOHUB (“GOHUB Share(s)” or “Share(s)”), representing up to 10% of the total number of issued GOHUB Shares, to independent third party investor(s) to be identified, at an issue price to be determined at a later date in accordance with the general mandate pursuant to Sections 75 and 76 of the Act.
