On behalf of the Board of Directors of Metro, MBSB Investment Bank Berhad (formerly known as MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad) (“MBSB IB”) wishes to announce that MBSB IB's role as Sponsor of the Company shall cease with effect from 1 January 2026 following the expiry of the sponsorship period on 31 December 2025.
In replacement thereof, RHB Investment Bank Berhad has been appointed as the replacement Sponsor of the Company with effect from 1 January 2026.
