The Board of Directors of 3REN wishes to announce that the Company and KAF Investment Bank Berhad (“KAF IB”) have mutually agreed that KAF IB will cease its role as the Sponsor to 3REN upon expiry of the current sponsorship period on 31 December 2025.
In replacement thereof, CGS International Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. has been appointed as 3REN’s new Sponsor with effect from 1 January 2026.
