We refer to the announcements dated 12 February 2025, 14 February 2025, 25 July 2025 and 13 August 2025 in relation to, among others, the Rights Issue with Warrants ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 30 December 2025 submitted an application for an extension of time of 6 months to implement and complete the Rights Issue with Warrants to Bursa Securities ("EOT Application").
The outcome of the EOT Application will be announced upon receiving the decision from Bursa Securities.
