The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposed Investment. We refer to the earlier announcements dated 10 December 2024, 19 March 2025, 16 April 2025 and 10 November 2025 in relation to the Proposed Investment. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the subscription and payment by OCK of the OCK's RPS in SPK Asia and the Loan Novation amounting to RM121,374,383.00, and all conditions to be fulfilled for the purposes of the completion of the Proposed Investment, have been effected and satisfied to-date. Accordingly, the Proposed Investment has been deemed completed.
